2 Scamps to Scotland
For the first time in the Club's history(I beleive),two of those Sasernac Scamps are going North of the border on a run called the Thistle Run. I'll keep you posted on how we get on.

Thanks to Mini Van Man and the rest of the Thistle Run organising committee for an absolutely brilliant run through some breathtaking countryside. 474 miles to get get to Airdrie to partake in the run,I'd do it again tommorrow. "And remember,it's noort a race!"

2 Scamps to Scotland
Hi guys it was nice to see two other Scamps at our thistle run, I'm sorry I did not to speak to you more but my time was kept full with Parking at Newtonmore and then Judging at Eyemouth. I did manage to introduce myself to both of you on the day if only briefly, I didn't make it with my Scamp as at the eleventh hour it started overheating, so it was abandoned in the garage, That's a good photograph of Fraser, our event's coordinator in the carpark at newtonmore, I was at the gate checking in the cars as they arrived.

It would have been great to chat for longer. Maybe I'll make it next year for the Thistle Run.

Re: 2 Scamps to Scotland
Well, after it's coughing and spluttering from Oxford to home and a second condensor failure in as many years, the Scamp has now gone high tech and is fitted with electronic ignition.(spare distributor with points and a condensor on board).
