Here.

Seller says it "could be" tax exempt Rolling Eyes oh come on now, either it is or it isn't! And if the registration date is 1973, it isn't. Not yet.

Blue Mk2 relisted Empty Tax exemption

Post  Mike W Mon May 13, 2013 4:49 pm

Just a quick note about TAX EXEMPTION, at the last budget it was moved to 1st,Jan,1974 with a review to consider reintroduction of the rolling exemption being reintroduced, so it is exempt.

Blue Mk2 relisted Empty V5

Post  Mk3rob Mon May 13, 2013 6:40 pm

Just noticed that the lazy sod hasn't even applied for the V5.

He wants loads of money but wont spend £20 to verify authenticity.

Earlier pictures of this Scamp show it with an L registration plate.
If you look at the sellers feedback he bought this on February 24th minus a few components, he has bought some replacement parts from ebay to fix.

Mike, I think you'll find that the 1974 exemption date doesn't become effective until next year. Had to shell out for my tax disc this year, anyway.
