Credit crunch hits Japanese banks Empty Credit crunch hits Japanese banks

I hope you don't have savings in any of these Far East accounts, as the credit crunch reaches Japan...

In the last 7 days Origami Bank has folded, Sumo Bank has gone belly up, HSJudo Bank has hit the floor, and Bonsai Bank announced plans to cut many of its branches.

Yesterday, it was announced that Karaoke Bank is up for sale and will likely go for a song while today shares in Kamikaze Bank were suspended after they nose-dived.

Samurai Bank are soldiering on following sharp cutbacks, and Ninja Bank are reported to have taken a hit, but they remain in the black.

Furthermore, 500 staff at Karate Bank got the chop and analysts report that there is something fishy going on at Sushi Bank where it is feared that staff may get a raw deal !

Credit crunch hits Japanese banks Empty The need of a good woman

Post  Martin & Nettie Thu Oct 16, 2008 6:52 pm

Hi Rob
Yes I know things are getting seriouse!!! But after being joined at the hip for over 4 years to then be parted from one's other half can have drastic effects!!.
But fear not I am jetting of to Dubai a week today so hopefully the effects will be reversed after a week in our new apartment and the queen sized bed!
Offcourse there will be the usual touristy things in between and a trip to the jewelers.
When you see him at Christmas he should be back to his old self!! Is that a good thing or a bad thing!!
