Ok guys heres a new one! If theres an electrics genius in the house please raise your hand!

Stumpys indicators have packed up, he has a 2 pin thermal relay for hazards and a 3 pin later relay for indicators. Hazards working fine. 3 wires for the indicator relay. 1. Is the earth 2. Is the feed in and 3 is the feed out. Im getting a permanent 11.48 volts on the feed in, nothing on feed out and and no resistance to the body on the earth.

Ive tried switchong the relays and stalk around with units i know are good to no avail.

Help me scampers, youre my only hope!

Forgot to mention, the 11.48 volts is constant and totally unaffected by the movement of the stalks but it is switched via the ignition key

Er' you do know that there are in line fuses for both the hazards and normal indicators.

Whether they are on the input side to the stalk or output, i'm not sure.

On a normal Mini they are fitted on the front B'head behind the air filter. On my mk3 they are fitted behind the dashboard.

Best of luck.
