Well, we are back from Hastings - having left Rob, John and Chris preparing themselves for a walk up to the pub this evening, we packed up and came home having had a wonderful couple of days.
The sun shone, and shone, and shone! We did not get one drop of rain at all!

The campsite was fantastic, views stunning, weather fabulous, booze plentiful and company... great!

We cruised around the lanes, round the towns and on the sea front, we went sight seeing and went to the steam rally to show the cars off!

Many, many thanks to Chris Westgate for arranging everything. We are definately going back next year - especially if Chris is going to organise the weather again!

THANKS TO LIN,TONY,ROB AND JOHN H, WHAT A SCORCHER!!

Oh,I forgot to say,the thunderstorm we could see in the distance from the campsite on Saturday night was over St.Leonards(where I live) and the loud clap of thunder was a house that got hit just down the road from us,apparently there were flames coming from it after it got hit.

Hi Chris

Thanks for a great time out and about in the sunshine

I left T Wells at 8am headed west to Winchester and then up the A34. No hold ups in front of me only behind

It took 4 1/2 hours to get to Brize Norton for a couple of days sanity check, which i need after a weekend with the Boozer from Bexhill

Look forward to next year
