We'd forgotten to count Mark Irish and Mike Bingham.
It must be my age!

a good turn out and no need to do any off-roading either, which is nice!
You've obviously not driven on the A21 lately. The potholes could swallow an artic nevermind a little yellow scamp!
Thanks everyone for a great time, see you again soon. Thanks also to Chris for a thrilling journey through the fog!!
I've nearly warmed up now and my hearing is slowly coming back. Should be OK by Stoneleigh.

I understand that Gale was quite happy with the situation. Not so sure Wesgit's long suffering wife will be too happy though.
Possibly I should let her know! Only drawback is club will need a new editor for the Mag. Even if he made some recovery, I doubt
if he would be in any state to produce a mag. If anyone wants to save Chris please send me beer now. Its up to you.

John I have poured a glass of Spitfire into an envelope and posted it - hope it reaches you in good condition.
We save paper, tins, plastic bottles and whales - so why not save Chris.

Thanks, at last someone is seeing sense. I dont think Chris really understands the gravity of the situation(s).
I realise it may seem a little picky but I hope you put the right stamp on it. I trust "glass"= 0ne Imperial Pint.
Have you sent it as a letter, large letter or a package.Whilst my understanding of computers (& women)
is not great, would'nt it have been quicker and cheaper to have sent the beer by email. Thanks anyway.
John.
PS. Don't forget its your wedding anniversary tomorrow. Congratulations to you and Nettie. I will try to email
you some champagne. If I cant work out how to send it (I guess it would be an attachment) I will fax it from
work on Monday.

Don't forget to take a magnet to erase the room key card before you leave

Key card? old fashioned key I'm afraid, it was nice but expensive (luckily its only once a year)
